The Unknown – Exhibition at Haus am Horn
Something catches the sight. A shadow, a figure a gesture, a pattern. Something is there, by accident indeed, casual but inviting and highly visible. In this moment, exactly now, just now, just exactly now. Like this is the unknown, it attracts us and touches us even before we know whats going on. The unknown comes to us and meets us. Often only for an instant time for a picture that frames the time. Image by image a new dialogue begins, always a new answer, always with different eyes, always from beginning – and back. In transit, away from the familiar world, somewhere else, but with open eyes and the head full of images. This attitude combines the works of Ulrike Theusner and Schmott.
