Film Pressure Plates
Once you open the mechanical heart of a common Film-Camera you’ll find something, that lies behind the Pictures shot with it. A four sided, small black piece of metal with a fine relief. A such «pressure plate» is pressing the Film against the light, that is falling through the Lens and has seen and touched every picture in the Moment of its apperance. What traces of light can be found on this small, inconsiderable thing? And what can bee seen of that after thousands of exposures?
